Lynda is our administration receptionist, who has been working both full and part time in reception roles for around 30 years, and mainly in the real estate sector. ‘The role of the receptionist is very important, as it is the first point of contact for the agency’s clients. Working in the real estate profession offers the opportunity to meet a wide range of people while carrying out a variety of different tasks and responsibilities. I believe, as with any job, that you should do it to the best of your ability. A sense of humour and a friendly manner really help. Whenever you see a client, greeting them with some kind words and a smile often helps to create the right environment for good customer service'.
